Snostey is your personal snowboarding gear maintenance companion. We built this app to help you register boards, boots, and bindings, track waxing and edge care schedules, upload gear photos, and plan your next tune-up based on ride conditions. Our whole goal is to help you keep your setup mountain-ready, all season long.
No login required to use Snostey. All core features are available immediately, no account creation or personal info needed to get started.
What You Can Do With Snostey
As a Snostey user, you have full access to every core feature right from the start:
- Log and organize as many boards, boots, and bindings as you own
- Customize maintenance schedules for waxing, edge sharpening, base repair, and binding adjustments based on how often you ride
- Upload photos of your gear to track wear and tear over time
- Get personalized tune-up reminders based on the terrain and snow conditions you ride in
- Plan your next pre-trip gear check right in the app, all without needing to create an account
All your data is stored locally on your device, so you don’t have to worry about losing your gear logs if you go off-grid on a mountain trip.
Your Content, Your Control
All the notes, photos, and logs you add to Snostey are yours. We don’t store any of your personal content or gear data on external servers, ever. Because we don’t require login, we also don’t collect any of your personal identifiable information for our records.
You can edit or delete any of your content at any time, right from the app settings, no hoops to jump through.
Our Commitment To You
We built Snostey for fellow snowboarders, so we promise to keep the app focused on what matters: keeping your gear in peak shape. We will never clutter the app with intrusive full-page ads, sell your data, or lock core features behind a paywall.
We’ll roll out regular updates with new features (think new gear tracking categories, powder-specific maintenance tips, and integration with weather forecast tools) that we’ll share with you clearly before you update.
Responsible Use
Snostey is a companion tool to help you stay on top of gear care, it doesn’t replace your own pre-ride safety check. Always inspect your bindings, edges, and boots before heading up the mountain, and adjust your maintenance schedule based on current conditions and your riding style.
If you use any optional sharing features to share your gear setups with other Snostey users, please keep content friendly and respectful. No spam, no offensive content, and always respect other riders’ work and gear.
Changes To This Agreement
If we update this agreement for new features or app changes, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. We’ll also notify you of any major changes the next time you open the app, so you can review them before continuing to use Snostey.
